RATCLIFF William Gilbert 'Bill' Passed away peacefully in Broomfield Hospital on Friday 15th September 2023, aged 95 years. Bill will be greatly missed by Sons Glenn & Adrian and by all who knew him. Funeral Service to be held at Southend Crematorium, West Chapel on Tuesday 17th October 2023 at 11:20am. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Dementia UK c/o F. P.
