A POST Office will close for nearly a week while it undergoes a revamp.

Bosses had originally said the Great Tarpots branch, in London Road, Benfleet, would shut for refurbishment from tomorrow, but it will in fact remain open for another week.

Whilst the store is closed the nearest branch will be New Hopes Green Post Office, in High Road.
