Around 30 firefighters tackled stopped a huge blaze from spreading to nearby businessess this morning.
A total of six fire engines were scrambled to Acorn Roof Supplies in Clarence Road, off Pound Lane, in Bowers Gifford.
Around 100 rolls of roofing felt were engulfed in flames, with residents reporting thick black plumes from miles away.
Crews arrived at around 9am, and had the fire out by 10.37am.

Fire crews on scene admitted it was a close thing, as there are several neighbouring businesses, including a fish store, garden centre, and cafe.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
