A NEW Greek restaurant is celebrating a busy trade since opening.
Syrtaki, which has opened in Milton Road, Westcliff, has proved a hit in the community.
It specialises in meat, fish, grilled specialities and deserts.
It also offers a range of starters.
The menu includes Greek favourites such as Kleftiko, a slow cooked lamb shank served with potatoes.
Stavros Skaperas, 42, the business owner, said he was pleased with how business was going.
He added: “We offer home made food and charcoal cooked food.
“We also offer a range of different flavours in our food and meals. We have been busy since we opened. We currently run a food takeaway service and are looking to run a delivery service in September.”
