A cat mutilated in Leigh was the work of the serial animal killer, a charity has confirmed.
A headless cat was found in the London Road/Dundonald Drive area of Leigh on Monday.
The South Norwood Animal Rescue and Liberty (SNARL) charity has confirmed the incident is connected to the M25 cat killer.
The killer has killed an estimated 400 pets across England, including Essex and London.
The deaths are being investigated by SNARL and the Met Police.
Anyone with information should call the Met Police on 101, the RSPCA on 0300 123 8018 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
SNARL is warning people to keep their pets indoors as much as possible, especially at night.
