A BOAT caught fire near Leigh.
Firefighters were called to a boat on fire on land at a boat club at Two Tree Island, Leigh.
Firefighters reported the boat measured approximately 30ft.
Crews worked hard to extinguish the fire quickly and to stop the fire affecting the other boats nearby.
The fire was extinguished by 1:40am.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
