A new corporate business jet charter airline has set up its first UK base at London Southend Airport.
Air Horizont, a Maltese charter airline, has set up the base with London Southend Airport Jet Centre.
It is basing two executive VIP Boeing 737 aircraft at the airport for VIP charter flights.

The airline was formed in Malta in 2015 and has flown more than 1.5million passengers on 10,000 flights around 50 countries since.
As part of its expansion plans, Air Horizont has decided to set up a UK base at London Southend Airport for VIP charter flights for sports teams, tour operators, travel agencies or airlines to charter their aircraft.
