Delays as major road towards Southend closed as van engulfed in flames
A major road in Essex is closed due to a van on fire.
One lane on the A127 Southend Arterial Road at the M25 junction is closed, according to reports, due to a van fire.
Smoke can be seen billowing from the vehicle as it is engulfed in flames.
There is congestion to the Upminster turn off, according to AA traffic news.
Emergency services have been contacted for comment.
