A POPULAR cheese house is reopening its door tomorrow under new ownership with plenty of “hot-melted gooey cheese” on offer.
Grate. The House of Cheese, is reopening its doors to customers tomorrow morning In Leigh Broadway, months after closing.
The popular café is the perfect location for cheese lovers with cheese toasties, special cheese on toast, and mac and cheese on offer in many different ways.
The new owners are also hoping to open an artisan cheese counter filled with delights from all over in the near future too.
It is located at 3 Clements Arcade, 9-11 Broadway, Leigh, and the opening day starts at 10am tomorrow.

Owner Nick Jones said they hope to use there years of culinary experience to give Grate a new lease of life.
He said: “Grate is an established business in Broadway which is now under new ownership.
“We have come together over our mutual love of food, drink and cheese to give Grate a new lease of life.
“We are all so excited to open those doors and greet the cheese lovers of Leigh and beyond.
“Whilst Grate is already a known name amongst locals, we are hoping that with a new menu and new opening hours.
“Along with our famous three cheese toasties, we will be offering a selection of toppings and additions.
“We can’t wait to bring hot-melted gooey cheese, and recipes that feel homely, warm and comforting.”
The doors closed earlier in the year after the previous owner decided to take a career change.
