Plans to host a sausage and cider festival with a Ibiza live orchestra in Southend have been unveiled as a licensing application has been submitted.
A new events application for the festival to be held in Priory Park has been submitted to Southend Council.
The proposal is open for consultation until November 3.

An events application has been submitted for the Southend RNLI Boxing Day Dip to be held on Jubilee Beach.
Organisers would like to section off an area of the beach leading towards the sea (about 35m in width), which would be for the participants before they start the dip.
They would have to pay an entry fee and then gain sponsorship for the event - the entry fee would cover the cost of insurance, first aid provisions, water safety support and administration costs.
The expiry date for consultations is October 30.
Crown and Mexican Fast Food Takeaway in London Road, Westcliff, has submitted an application for a new premises licence for late night refreshments (off the premises) from Monday to Sunday, 11pm to 5am.
Representations must be received by the council by November 8.
Big Spice, in Clifftown Road, has submitted an application for a new premises licence for late night refreshments (off the premises) Sunday - Thursday, 11pm to 2am, and Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 3am.
Representations must be received by October 24.
337 London Road, in Westcliff, has applied for a new premises licence for the sale of alcohol (off the premises) from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 1am.
Representations must be received by November 17.
