A huge deal has been launched for tickets to Southend's upcoming Sausage and Cider Festival after pre-sale sold out in just four days.

A huge weekend of food, drinks, live music and entertainment is coming to Southend as Priory Park hosts the Ibiza Orchestra Experience and Sausage and Cider Festival this summer.

The park will welcome the two major events for the first time on Friday June 16 and Saturday June 17.

The 26-piece Ibiza Orchestra will perform on a large outdoor stage on Friday with a night of iconic tracks from artists such as; Massive Attack, Ian Van Dahl, Daft Punk, Robert Miles, Energy 52, Tiesto, Fatboy Slim, Prodigy, Candi Staton and many more. 

Confirmed support acts include singer-songwriter Nikki Ambers and MC Ibz, with more set to be announced. This 18+ event will run from 6pm to 11pm.

Saturday's Sausage and Cider Festival will offer a variety of unique flavours of craft ciders including rhubarb, cherry bakewell, chocolate and Pineapple, as well as an array of more than 12 sausage flavours and live entertainment. 

Alongside cider, there will also be a selection of other alcoholic beverages including prosecco, gin, beer and soft drinks.

For those who are there for the entertainment, there will be on-stage speed sausage eating contests and 6-round chili eating competitions.

Artists set to perform include DJ Pandar, singer-songwriter Daren Poyzer, as well as tribute acts KopyKat Killers, Scam Fender and Queens Greatest Hits. 

This event will run from 2pm to 11pm.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by someone above the age of 21 and no more than three under 18’s can be accompanied by the same 21-year-old.

Pre-sale for both events sold out in just four days in November and the general sale is now live, with half-price tickets available throughout January.
