Three people have appeared in court charged with crimes after a man suffered a serious arm injury in Southend.
The victim was found with a serious arm injury in Chichester Road at around 4.15pm on Wednesday April 4.
Three people – an 18 year-old man and two boys aged 17 and 15 – were arrested, charged and have now appeared in court in connection with the incident.
Oliver Stepney, 18, of High Road, Rayleigh, and the 15 year-old boy have been charged with causing grevious bodily harm with intent and possession of a knife or sharp pointed article in a public place.
The 17 year-old boy has been charged with causing grevious bodily harm with intent.
They appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on April 8.
They have been remanded in custody and are next due to appear at Basildon Crown Court in May.
