A busy road in Southend was shut in both directions during this evening rush hour after reports of a crash.
Woodgrange Drive was closed in both directions today due to a crash, according to Essex County Council's traffic control.

Traffic was building in the road and Lifstan Way while the closure was in place, traffic maps had shown.
The road has since been re-opened.
Emergency services have been contacted for comment by the Echo.
