DELAYS on the A13 Southend bound due to a vehicle car.
In photos, seen by the Echo, a car is alight on the A13 Southend bound just past Stanford Le Hope.

Queues are already forming with delays increasing according to AA Traffic News.
Emergency services are reportedly on the scene, and have been contacted for comment by the Echo.
