A major south Essex road has been closed in both directions after reports of a crash.
The A129 has been shut in Rayleigh due to an incident between Louis Drive East and Louis Drive West.
Drivers are facing long delays in and around Rayleigh and Rawreth.

AA reports there is congestion on the A1245 Northbound between the A127 (Fairglen Interchange) and the A129 (Carpenters Arms Roundabout).
An average speed ten mph is reported.
