Delay in robbery case
A MAN will appear in court charged with a robbery that left a woman seriously hurt in her own home.
Marcine Stecki, 21, of no fixed address, is charged with one count of robbery and possessing an offensive weapon after a robbery at a home in Woodside, Leigh, on July 24.
He appeared at Basildon Crown Court on Monday for a plea and case management hearing, but a Polish interpreter was not available.
The case was adjourned until January 13.
