FIRE crews were called to a mini bus on fire.
The incident took place in Stanier Close, Southend just before 1pm today.
A spokesman for Essex Fire and Rescue Service said: “Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were called to a mini bus on fire in Southend.
“On arrival, the vehicle was 50 per cent alight. One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire by 1:01pm.
“The fire was caused by an electrical fault. No passengers were on board the vehicle.”
