FUMING Southend United fans held a pre-match protest ahead of this afternoon’s clash with Gateshead at Roots Hall.
Shrimpers supporters marched from Pier Hill to the stadium to protest against Ron Martin’s controversial running of the club.
Blues are back in the high court at the start of March due to a winding up petition issued by HMRC.

And lifelong Blues fan and Inbetweeners star Martin Trenaman is among those wanting a change at the top.
"We've all had enough now, we need a new owner," said Trenaman.
"It's breaks my heart to think this could be the club's last home at Roots Hall."
Southend’s players head into this afternoon’s National League clash still waiting for their January wages while staff at the club have not been paid since November.
