Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice under Article 13

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Benfleet Scrap Company Ltd for the change of use from a used refrigeration recycling facility (B2) to a metal and waste recycling facility (Sui Generis) with associated boundary treatments at Caxton House, Harvey Road, Basildon SS13 1 QJ - ESS/15/12/BAS

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application together with other documents submitted with it at Basildon Borough Council, Planning Office, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon SS14 1 DL and Pitsea Library, Community Centre Off Maydells Pitsea SS13 3DU during normal opening hours and at Essex County Council at the address below (please call for an appointment on 01245 435555) from 08 March 2012 until 29 March 2012.

Anyone who wishes to make representations or objections in respect of this application should e-mail them to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk or write to the undersigned by 29 March 2012. Please include your name and full address. Any such representations or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public.
