Licensing Act 2003. Notice of Application to Vary Premises Licence
I Mrs V Bala hereby make application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of La Sirena, 101 Leigh Road, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 1JL.

The proposed variation is to increase the existing Restaurant area and seating increase from 35 to 48.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council).

All such representations shall be made in writing by 14/02/2013. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 12), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG.

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5000).
