Mrs Ivy Mary Atkins Deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having claim or an interest in the estate of Ivy Mary Atkins, late of 115 High Street, Shoeburyness, Essex, SS3 9AR who died on 13th October 2012 is required to send thereof in writing to the undersigned Executor of the said deceased within two months of publication of this notice, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
