Cecil Jones College Cleaning Services

Cecil Jones College invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations to provide Cleaning Services, on the basis of 39 weeks of term time cleaning from 0600 to 0800 and 1600 to 1800 hrs Monday to Friday at the Eastern Avenue site and 1530 to 1730 hrs Monday to Friday at the Wentworth Road site during term times, plus 10 half day periodic cleans at each site during College holidays. In addition the Provider shall work flexibly with the College to accommodate 25 to 30 open evenings per year requiring an early start and finish to the afternoon clean prioritising nominated areas of the College and on a few occasions per year the whole College.

 Cecil Jones College will only award a contract based on the above.

The contract is expected to start from the 1st November, 2013 and will be awarded for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the College’s discretion.
