Notice pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of Gerald Yosef Kaye Deceased, late of 342 Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex. SS2 6NA, who died on the 13th March 2013, is required to send particulars thereof to me the Executor of the Deceased on or before 30th September 2013, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which I have had notice.
