MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKS TO JETTY 3 AND JETTY 5, THAMES OILPORT, RIVER THAMES, UK.

Notice is hereby given that MORZINE LIMITED has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance and repair works to jetty 3 and jetty 5, Thames Oilport, River Thames.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Canvey Island Library, High Street, Canvey Island, SS8 7RB. Library opening hours; Monday 9.00 – 17.00, Tuesday 9.00 - 17.00, Wednesday 9.00 – 17.00, Thursday 9.00 – 17.00, Friday 9.00 – 17.00, Saturday 9.00 – 17.00, Sunday closed.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at http://www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to joanna.parnell@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of Friday 30th August, quoting reference - MLA/2013/00314.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
