MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE DREDGE FOR THAMES OILPORT

Notice is hereby given that Morzine Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Maintenance Dredging of Thames Oilport. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Canvey Island Library, High Street, Canvey Island, SS8 7RB. Library opening hours; Monday 9.00 – 17.00, Tuesday 9.00 - 17.00, Wednesday 9.00 – 17.00, Thursday 9.00 – 17.00, Friday 9.00 – 17.00, Saturday 9.00 – 17.00, Sunday closed. Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed online in the Public Register at : www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to: fern.skeldon@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 10th April 2014, quoting reference MLA/2014/00126.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
