LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for Premises Licence

Terry Burrage hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 8 at Building 1, 30, Progress Road, Leigh on Sea, Essex SS9 5JO. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: The sale of Alcohol to be consumed OFF the Premises during the hours of 07.00 to 21.00 Monday to Sunday.

Responsible Authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 12th November 2014. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13) Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex. SS2 6ZG.

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office, address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm Mondays to Fridays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000)
