Application for a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate (Sections 17 or 71 of the Act)

Name of Applicant : Travel Force Ltd, Skylark Hotel, Zero 6, Aviation Way, Southend on Sea, Essex SS2 6UN. Statement of Relevant licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, provisions of performances of dance, anything of a similar description. Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 04:00hrs Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 - 05:00hrs Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 04:00hrs. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Rochford District Council, South Street, Rochford, Essex SS4 1BW between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 21 January 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connections with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5000.
