NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Debenhams Retail plc make application for a Premises Licence in respect of The Eastgate Centre, Basildon, SS14 1AE

The proposed licensable activity is to sell alcohol for the consumption on an off the premises between the hours of 8.00 and 23.00 on Monday to Saturday and between the hours of 10.00 and 22.30 on Sunday.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).
All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
