LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is given that: Savers Health and Beauty limited has applied to Souithend Borough Council for the grant of a premise LICENCE in respect of the premises known as: Savers situated at: 191- 193 High Street, Southend on Sea. SS1 1LL.

The application seeks permission for the following licensable activities:To include the Sale of Alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises, Monday to Saturday 08.30 to 18.00 (14th November - 24th December until 20.00) Sunday 10.00 to 18.00.

Any "Other Persons" or "Responsible Authority" may make representations in writing to this application no later than 27th November 2015 to: Licensing Authority, Southend Borough Council, Civic Centre, (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea. SS2 6ZG, or e-mail to licact2003@southend.gov.uk.
