Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Bourgee Restaurants Limited to the Licensing Authority of Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ER for a Premises Licence for Bourgee, 1 Eastern Esplanade, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 1EE.

The proposed licensable activities are:
1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises each day of the week between 07:00hrs and 01:30hrs;
2. The provision of live music between 07:00hrs and 01:30hrs each day of the week;
3. The provision of recorded music between the hours of 07:00hrs and 02:00hrs each day of the week;
4. The provision of performances of dance between 07:00hrs and 01:30hrs each day of the week;
5. The provision of late night refreshment between 23:00hrs and 02:00hrs each day of the week.
The hours proposed that the premises are open to the public are between 07:00hrs and 02:00hrs each day of the week.

Interested parties or Responsible Authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 8 June 2016.

 It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the Licence Application. The maximum fine or summary conviction is £5,000.
