APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34) of the Act

Proposed variation of existing Licence:To extend activities to include provision of live and recorded music, dancing, Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 01:00 Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Bank Holidays 09:00 – 02:00. Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 01:00 Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Bank Holidays 23:00 – 02:00 And extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 01:00 Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Bank Holidays 09:00 – 02:00
The intended change is to allow functions such as weddings, discos, wakes and parties to be held at the premises by and for non-members and to extend the sale and consumption of alcohol hours. To be able to sell and consume alcohol anywhere on Brandy Hole land and provide entertainment inside & out.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Rochford District Council South Street Rochford Essex SS4 1BW between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

 Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 7 July 2016
