NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises.

Application for a Premise Licence to allow the following licensable activity within the grounds of the above venue: Provision of Plays, Provision of films, Provision of indoor sporting events, Provision of live music, Provision of recorded music, Provision of performance of dance, Provision of anything similar Mon - Sun 10.00hrs to 01.00hrs. Late night refreshment Mon - Sun 23.00hrs to 01.00hrs, Supply of alcohol Mon - Sun 08.00hrs - 01.00hrs. Seasonal variation, an extension of 1 hour for such events such as Halloween, Christmas Eve, Valentines Day, New Years Eve and all Bank Holiday weekends.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Rochford District Council, south Street, Rochford, essex. SS4 1BW between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 26th September 2016.

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000
