IN THE ESTATE OF JOAN AMELIA GREENWOOD (DECEASED)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of JOAN AMELIA GREENWOOD, late of Fairview House, 14 Fairview Drive, Westcliff on Sea, Essex. SS0 0NY who died on the 7th June.2016, ( whose Will was proved by) (1) [ Executor] therein on the 19th day of October 2016 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the Law, Hurst & Taylor, 153 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff on Sea, Essex. SS0 7EL or to the undersigned on or before the 10th day of January 2017 after which date the [ Executor ] will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
