Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence.

The Original Bowling Company has given to Basildon District Council pursuant to section 34 paragraph 7 of the Eighth Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003, an application for variation of the premises licence applied for in respect of Hollywood Bowl Basildon.

A brief description of the proposed variation is:
To add Live Music, provision of Making Music and Provision of facilities for Dancing. We would also like to include an outside seating area where light refreshments and alcoholic drinks will be consumed.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon District Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from 9th January 2012.
Representations should be sent to: - The Licensing Authority, Basildon District Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL.
A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected by appointment at the Council’s office address given above, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
