LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

We TLC INNS LTD Hereby make application to vary-the Premises Licence in respect of GRAND CENTRAL, Yardley Business Park, Miles Gray Road, Basildon SS14 3GN

The proposed-variation is: TO INCLUDE REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT AND CHANGE OF CLOSING TIME TO 01:00

Interested parties and responsible authorities' may make' representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon District Council).

All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon District Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS141DL

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected by appointment at the Council's office address given above, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
