How attending one of Essex's best wellbeing festivals can leave you feeling fitter, happier and healthier this spring!

There will also be crystal and reiki healing and revitalising Japanese healing techniques including Shumei, reflexology and hypnotherapy. 

With over 35 stands offering a range of therapies, natural products, gifts, drumming demos, nutritional bakes and cakes, and fabulous Essex-based boho fashion with Threaderick, you'll discover all you need to look and feel your very best.

The festival will take place at the Ramsden Bellhouse Community Centre near Billericay on Saturday, April 6 2024. Doors are open from 11am to 4.30pm. More event information can be found on the festival's Facebook page.
