FOZARD John Henry David (BDS (U Lond) LDS, RCS, Eng) of Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex died peacefully after a long illness on 18th October 2012 aged 72 years. He will be greatly missed by his Wife, his Children, his Grandchildren and his many friends.
