Joan Rosalind GREEN Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Friend Born January 18th 1911 Joan passed away peacefully on November 2nd 2012 at St Edith's Court, Leigh on Sea, she was in her 102nd year. Joan was pre deceased by William Green, and her first Husband, Cyril Albert Rose. She leaves her Daughter, Mary Rose Lisik and Family (Oregon, USA) and her Son, David Barnet and Family (Edmonton, Canada) She also leaves her Step Daughter, Kate Raby and Family (Northampton) and her Step Daughter in law, Pat Green and Family (Rochford) Joan would have liked to thank her dear friends, Amelia MacVeigh and Joke de Jong, and all the loving Staff at St. Margaret's Abbeyfields and St. Edith's Court. Joan was a retired post mistress, a lover of dogs, and a long-time supporter of the Arsenal Football Club, who inspired us with her warmth and wit. The funeral will take place at Southend Crematorium on Tuesday November 13th 2012 at 3.40pm In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
