Ivy Lillian GIBBS-JONES Sadly passed away at Southend Hospital on 14th January 2013. A lovely lady who will be deeply missed by her Family, friends and the staff at West House Care Home. Funeral service at Southend Crematorium, South Chapel on Tuesday 29th January 2013 at 11.40am. Floral tributes c/o J.W. Tate & Son, 20, North Street, Rochford, Essex.
