William James WATTS 1917 - 2013 Passed away peacefully on 9th April, 2013 Much loved Husband to Rose, Father to Heather, Stephen and Paul and Grandad. Funeral to be held at Basildon Crematorium on Monday 22nd April at 1.20.pm. All friends welcome to attend.
