WALLIS Rosemary Elizabeth (Nee Banks) Died suddenly on 6th April 2013, Aged 67 years at Southend-on-Sea University Hospital, with Brian at her side, after a short battle with Asbestosis-Mesothelioma. Sadly missed by all who knew her, Her Husband of 48 years, Daughter and Son-in-Law Marina and Mark, Uncles and Aunties. Cousins, Nieces and Nephews and HM Armed Forces Personnel throughout the World. Rosemary was a tireless Volunteer Worker for HM Forces Benevolent Fund and Civilian Charities including RAFBenFund, Help For Heroes, The Red Arrow Trust, The Forces Children's Trust and British Heart Foundation. Committal and celebration of Rosemary's Life will take place at Southend Crematorium, Sutton Road, SS2 5PX on Thursday, 9th May at 3.20 pm. All friends, neighbours and former colleagues welcome and afterwards at Royal Naval Association, 73- 79 East Street, Southend, SS2 6LQ. No flowers at Family's request. Donations please made payable to Mesothelioma (UK) Charitable Trust for Research into a cure for this devastating disease C/o J W Tate & Son, 74 North Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 7AH Tel:01702 343064. An RAF Flypast will follow the service (Weather and operational commitments permitting)
