THOMAS PATRICK COSTELLO Sadly passed away peacefully with Family by his side at Southend General Hospital on 11th October 2013, aged 63. A loved Father, Husband and friend to many. He will be so sadly missed. May he rest in peace. Funeral service to take place on Monday 21st October at 10.00 a.m. at Our Lady Of Lourdes Church, Leigh-on-Sea followed by committal at Sutton Road Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations will be gratefully accepted on the day or directly to, the Stroke Unit at Southend General Hospital in Tom's name please.
