Terence JONES (Terry) 13.11.1942 - 10.12.2013 Beloved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. Sadly passed away peacefully at home aged 71 years. Will be sadly missed by all of his Family and friends. Funeral to take place on Thursday 19th December at 11.00.am at St. Nicholas Church, Canvey Island. Followed by burial at Willow Cemetery, Canvey Island. Flowers welcome or donations if desired to Hospice at Home.
