Jeffrey Phillip SMITH Sadly passed away on 19th April 2014 surrounded by his loving Family. Beloved Son of Olive and Beloved Husband to Eileen, Dad to Alan and Helen, Grandad to Lucy, Hannah and Jack. He will be greatly missed by all. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 6th May 2014 at Basildon Crematorium at 2.40pm All welcome. Flowers to A W Alden & Sons 665 High Road, Benfleet SS7 5SF or donations for the British Lung Foundation.
