Catherine Joan FORDHAM (Cathy) Widow of the late John David Fordham, Mother to Andrew, Christine and the late Barry. Passed away peacefully on September, 5th 2014 in Southend Hospital after a short illness. She will be very much missed by all who knew her. Funeral is at 2.00 pm, Wednesday, 1st October at Trinity Methodist Church, followed by committal at Southend Crematorium at 3.00 pm. All welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu can be made to Trinity Methodist Church and Southend Hospital via J W Tate & Son, 74 North Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 7AH Tel:01702 343064 Grateful THANKS to the Nurses and Staff of Stambridge Ward, Southend Hospital for making Mum's last days so peaceful.
