SWARBRICK John Andrew Age 66 years, passed away suddenly on 15th December 2014 after a very short illness. Much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather. Will be sadly missed by all. Funeral Southend Crematorium Monday 29th December at 3.20pm. Donations if desired to Pancreatic Cancer Research or MS-UK
