‘Dave’ David Edward COWEN Passed away peacefully on 1st January 2015, aged 89 years. A loving Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be greatly missed by all. A service of celebration for Dave’s life will be taking place on Wednesday 28th January at Southend on Sea Crematorium at 3:00pm. No mourning clothes please.
