HUGHES Aiden Jay Sadly passed away on 3rd January 2015. Aged 11 weeks and 3 days. Deeply missed by all Family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Great Wakering St. Nicholas Church on the 11th February 2015 at 12.30pm.
