Jeff CHAPMAN Jeff sadly passed away suddenly at home. Age 71. He will be sadly missed by his loving Family. "FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS" Service to take place Southend Crematorium on Friday 20th February at 3.20pm. Donations gratefully received for Anthony Nolan Fund or Radiotherapy Unit, Southend Hospital c/o Co-op Funeralcare, 15, Queensway, Southend.
