David William HARPER 10.09.1940 - 28.09.2016 Peacefully passed away in Hospital Loved and missed by his Wife Cathy, Sons Andrew and Warren and their families. Funeral to take place at Pitsea Crematorium on Friday 21st October at 2.40pm. Anyone who knew Dave is welcome to attend.
